Classic Wedding Package

Starts at $5,000 (Sun-Thurs), $6,000 (Fri-Sat)

This base package gives you access to the full venue and essential amenities for your wedding day.

Included:

  • Full use of the venue spaces: Event Center, Pavilion with string lights and draping tulle, Lawn, Bridal Two-Story House with fully equipped kitchen & Groom’s Quarters

  • Event Center Kitchen: Includes stove, microwave, commercial dishwasher, full size refrigerator, ice chest, and plenty of prep space

  • 20+ acres of photo locations

  • 1-hour planning session

  • 1-hour rehearsal prior to wedding day (scheduled depending on availability)

  • 1-hour engagement photo session (outdoor only)

  • Multiple gorgeous locations for ceremony, reception, and photos (indoor & outdoor)

  • A covered pavilion with elegant lighting

  • A fully equipped kitchen for caterers*

  • Tables, chairs, and basic setup/teardown included

Enhanced Celebration Package

$9,000

Builds on the Classic Package with a few extra touches to elevate your experience.

Included everything from the Classic Package, plus:

  • Use of venue’s rental closet

  • Day of Coordinator

  • Rehearsal dinner on property (2-8pm the day before)

  • Stay the Night Add-On (Friday/Saturday night stay)

  • Bartenders

  • Day of Less Stress Clean Up

  • 25 tablecloths (add $20 for additional tablecloths)

  • Arbor for ceremony (classic, cross, or pergola)

Perfect for: Couples who want a bit more style built-in without fully customizing every detail.


All-In Wedding Package

$22,000

You bring the photographer, personal effects, and guests; we’ll do the rest! This package is designed for 200 guests. *Add $30 for each additional guest

Includes all of the Classic & Enhanced Packages plus:

  • Wedding planner

  • Rehearsal dinner for 30 guests (Add $30 for additional guests)

  • Reception dinner

  • Bridal suite and Groom’s Quarters breakfast and refreshments day of

  • DJ

  • Florals: table arrangements for 25 tables, 10 end cap greenery arrangements, 1 bridal bouquet, 4 bride’s maids, and 6 boutonnieres (additional florals may be added on if desired)

  • Cake: Two tier couple’s cake, groom’s cake, and slices for 200 guests

  • Decoration for rehearsal dinner, reception, and ceremony space

Perfect for: Couples wanting a fuller planning package with more support and cohesive design.


Micro Wedding Package

$3,500 (Sunday - Thursday)

For couples seeking a memorable venue without the high cost.

*Friday - Saturday bookings accepted 60 days prior to the event if available.

  • For weddings of 100 guests or less

  • Day of access: 8 hours

  • Full use of the venue spaces: Event Center, Pavilion with string lights and draping tulle, Lawn, Bridal Two-Story House with fully equipped kitchen & Groom’s Quarters

Elopement Package

$600 (Sunday - Thursday)

This package is available for Friday or Saturday if booked 60 days or less from the date of elopement (based on availability).

  • 10 guests or less (up to 20 guests add $100)

  • Choice of ceremony location

  • Access to all outdoor spaces for photos, event center, and groom’s quarters

  • No access to house and bridal suite

  • Tables and chairs for guests

  • Cake table available

  • No catering allowed; only cake and champagne toast

  • Officiant available for additional cost


Small Event Pricing

Perfect for birthday or retirement party and baby or bridal shower

*Friday - Saturday can only be booked 60 days prior to date of event,

  • $200/hr - One Location (2 hours minimum)

  • Tables and chairs included

  • This package does not include wedding ceremonies or receptions

  • Sunday afternoon special: 1-5pm $600 with tables and chairs
